Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages Process sales transactions accurately while upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bussing tables and food handling Assist with food preparation or kitchen support as needed to ensure timely service Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive experience Requirements Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred; fine dining experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; OpenTable experience is advantageous Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while processing sales efficiently Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for order calculations, bill splitting, and cash handling Beverage knowledge including spirits, wine, cocktails, and drink service techniques Culinary or kitchen experience is beneficial but not required; willingness to learn is essential Join us to be part of an energetic team that values enthusiasm, professionalism, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
