This role is essential in ensuring smooth service flow, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and providing exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong communication skills, and a keen eye for food safety and cleanliness. Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a positive attitude. Duties Deliver prepared food promptly from the kitchen to guests' tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met. Clear and reset tables efficiently to prepare for new guests, maintaining cleanliness throughout service. Assist servers with bussing tables, refilling beverages, and attending to guest needs as directed. Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping, wiping down surfaces, and organizing utensils and condiments. Support food preparation tasks when needed, including basic plating or garnishing under supervision. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and billing assistance. Uphold food safety standards by handling food properly and adhering to sanitation guidelines. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and smooth restaurant operations. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly and responding promptly to their requests. Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant, banquet, or hospitality environments is highly desirable. Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift trays or supplies, and move quickly around the dining area. Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is advantageous but not mandatory. A positive attitude, reliability, and a genuine desire to provide excellent guest service are essential qualities for success in this role.
