Job Summary We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Part-time and Full-time Servers to join our dynamic team. Prior restaurant experience and knowledge of food industry standards are preferred, but a positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments via POS systems Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met during service Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and resetting tables for new guests Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely food preparation and delivery Maintain guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally Support host/host duties when needed, including seating arrangements and guest inquiries Skills Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests courteously and professionally Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety regulations within the food industry Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Ability to upsell menu items effectively to enhance guest satisfaction and restaurant revenue Previous experience in fine dining or hospitality environments is preferred Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed in a fast-paced setting Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation to ensure smooth service operations Join our team for an exciting opportunity in a vibrant hospitality environment where your skills can shine.
