Duties Greet guests warmly, present menus, and assist with food and beverage selections to enhance their dining experience Take accurate orders using POS systems such as TOAST or OpenTable, ensuring clarity and efficiency Serve food and beverages promptly, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks, maintaining high standards of presentation and safety Process sales transactions accurately while upselling menu items to maximize sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards through proper food handling, bussing tables, and adhering to food safety protocols Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns promptly Assist with host/hostess duties when needed, managing reservations and guest seating efficiently Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred, especially in fine dining environments Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Strong knowledge of beverage service including spirits, wine, cocktail preparation, and drink presentation Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and handling sales efficiently Experience with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Knowledge of the food industry trends and a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to creating exceptional dining moments.
