Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and attentive Server to join our vibrant hospitality team! In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant, delivering exceptional guest experiences through friendly service, expert beverage and food knowledge, and efficient order management. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create memorable dining moments for every guest. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as shift 4 Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and wine or spirits pairings Assist with food handling, bussing tables, setting up dining areas, and ensuring cleanliness in compliance with food safety standards Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Culinary experience or a background in food preparation is a plus Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse guests. Pay:
