Duties Serve a variety of ice cream flavors and toppings with enthusiasm and attention to presentation Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cash handling duties with integrity and precision Assist customers with menu selections, upselling additional items to enhance their experience Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food preparation areas, counters, and dining spaces Support food preparation tasks including scooping, topping, and packaging ice cream products Manage customer flow by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and ensuring quick service during busy hours Requirements Prior experience in food service or retail environments is preferred; restaurant or café experience is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Basic math skills for cash handling, register balancing, and sales transactions Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to work efficiently in a quick service or fast food restaurant setting under pressure Excellent time management skills to ensure prompt service and smooth operations
