- We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our hospitality team. - Responsibilities

- Take orders accurately, utilizing Aloha POS to ensure efficient ordering and communication with the kitchen.
- Provide guests with menu recommendations, upselling and suggesting specials and promotions to enhance their dining experience.
- Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely and attentive manner, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the menu, ingredients, and preparation methods.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and other servers to ensure seamless service and maintain a positive and efficient team environment.
- Ensure all guests receive exceptional guest services, including handling special requests and resolving any issues promptly.
- Perform basic math calculations to manage cash and credit transactions accurately.
- Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting, with a focus on customer service and hospitality.
- Knowledge of food safety and handling practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on guest relations.
