Part-time / Full-time | Hourly + Tips About Us Ginza is a family-owned restaurant in Severna Park, MD. We're passionate about delivering great food and an even better experience for every guest. We're looking for an energetic, friendly server to join our front-of-house team and help us create the kind of dining experience guests want to come back for. What You'll Do Greet and seat guests, present menus, and answer questions about food and drink offerings Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen Deliver food and drinks in a timely and professional manner Check in with guests throughout the meal to ensure satisfaction Make recommendations and upsell daily specials, drinks, and desserts Process payments accurately, including cash and card transactions Keep your section clean and properly set between covers Assist with opening and closing side work as assigned Work closely with kitchen staff and fellow servers to maintain smooth service flow What We're Looking For Prior serving experience preferred but not required — we're happy to train the right person Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills Ability to stay organized and composed during a busy service Team player mentality — we all help each other here Basic math skills for handling payments and making change TIPS or ServSafe alcohol certification (or willingness to obtain) Must be at least 18 years old Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays Compensation $3.63-$5.00/hr base pay + tips Total estimated earnings: $15-$25/hr depending on shift and experience Why Work With Us Family-owned — supportive, team-first environment Consistent scheduling with a crew that has your back Great opportunity for first-time servers or experienced pros looking for a stable, enjoyable workplace
