Host/Server

Server - Kusshi We're looking for a friendly, attentive Server to join our sushi restaurant team. In this role, you'll create a welcoming dining experience by delivering excellent service, sharing knowledge about our menu, and ensuring every guest feels valued from the moment they arrive until they leave.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and guide them through our sushi and beverage menu Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them promptly Serve dishes and drinks in a timely, polished manner Answer questions about ingredients, preparation methods, and dietary options Coordinate with sushi chefs and kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations Process payments accurately and efficiently

Qualifications:

Previous serving or restaurant experience preferred (sushi or Japanese cuisine a plus) Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and reliability
