Job Summary:
- We are seeking a dedicated and attentive Server to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and helpful service to all guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.
- Greet guests promptly and take drink and food orders accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.
- Ensure that all food and beverages are served in a timely and efficient manner.
- Handle cash and credit transactions with ease and accuracy.
- Upsell menu items and suggest specials to increase sales and enhance the guest experience.
- Sanitize all equipment and utensils to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Provide guest services, including answering questions, resolving issues, and making recommendations.
- Ensure that all customers are satisfied and that their needs are met.
- Maintain a positive and welcoming attitude at all times, providing exceptional hospitality to every guest.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the food industry, preferably as a Server or in a related role.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing a high level of hospitality.
- Ability to handle cash and operate a cash register with ease.
- Knowledge of food handling and preparation practices to ensure a safe and healthy dining environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
- Willingness to learn and take direction from management and other staff members.
