In this lively role, you'll be the vital link between the kitchen and dining area, ensuring that food service runs smoothly and efficiently. Your enthusiasm for hospitality, combined with strong communication skills, will help create a welcoming environment for every guest. Duties Clear and reset tables promptly, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout service Assist servers by delivering food from the kitchen to guests efficiently and accurately Support food safety standards by handling dishes and utensils with care and following proper sanitation procedures Perform light cleaning duties in dining areas, including sweeping, wiping down tables, and restocking supplies Help with manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting of trays, boxes, or supplies using safe lifting practices Maintain clear communication with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure seamless service flow Provide friendly in-person customer service, answering guest questions and assisting with special requests when needed Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a positive attitude! Familiarity with food handling, food running, and serving techniques enhances your ability to succeed in this role Experience working with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided Knowledge of food safety standards and basic culinary or kitchen experience supports efficient task execution Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset are essential for delivering exceptional guest service Experience in banquet or hotel settings can be advantageous but is not necessary; all team members receive comprehensive training to excel in their roles Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to creating memorable dining experiences!
