Experienced Fine Dining Server The Rococo Dessert Bar | Kennebunk, Maine The Rococo Dessert Bar is seeking an experienced, professional server to join our team for the summer season. We are looking for hospitality professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, upscale dining environment and are committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their craft, understands the rhythm of high-volume service, and enjoys working as part of a strong, supportive team. Commitment Required Average of 4 shifts per week throughout the summer season Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays Reliable transportation and strong attendance record Qualifications 3-5+ years of serving experience in fine dining, upscale casual, or high-volume hospitality environments Strong knowledge of food, wine, cocktails, and service standards Ability to manage multiple tables while maintaining attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Professional appearance and polished communication skills Positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality What You'll Do Deliver attentive, knowledgeable, and personalized service Guide guests through our dessert and beverage menus Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and professionalism Collaborate closely with bartenders, kitchen staff, and management Help create memorable guest experiences that reflect Rococo's commitment to hospitality and excellence Compensation Competitive hourly wage plus tips. Total earnings are commensurate with experience, performance, and seasonal volume.
