Join a highly motived and Qualified Dining Service team delivering meals and service of the highest quality in a beautiful dining room setting on the Damariscotta River. We are seeking an individual who loves preparing quality food with an emphasis on working with nutritious locally sourced foods using fresh seafood, meats, and locally grown produce. Preparing meals from scratch and some baking in an energetic and skilled kitchen environment. This job entails waiting tables service for meals. Dining room set up, clean up and restocking of food items, cold preparation, general kitchen cleaning duties , collaborative teamwork and great customer service Flexible scheduling, creativity and professionalism, food safety, and a team approach are what you will experience along with recognition and gratitude. Duties will include menu planning, special events, food safety protocols, kitchen safety and sanitation. Serve Safe Training. Shift includes Breakfast and Lunch 6 am
- 2:30 pm and coverage for evening supper shift 10:30 am to 7:00 pm.
This job includes every other weekend. Pay based on experience We offer a complete benefit package including paid vacation, health, dental, and vision, short term disability, Simple IRA ,sick days, holidays, Second shift and weekend differentials.
