EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or GED; Able to multi task and excel under pressure; Hospitality experience

CORE FOCUS & ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Qualified candidates must be able to satisfactorily complete the following responsibilities. Other duties may be assigned. Work together with servers and the kitchen staff to ensure the restaurant is operated efficiently. Must have the ability to provide good customer service with a pleasant dining experience and quality service. Must always be neat in appearance. Worked in coordination with other departments to ensure that customers get quality service and satisfaction. Take orders, deliver food, and answer questions regarding the menu. Be a part of the dining experience. Process payment - Comprehensive knowledge of securing proper payment and at the same time controlling guest checks. Greet customers - ability to demonstrate habits of greeting both new and old customers. Clean tables and reset tables in dining area. Must be comfortable with running errands for customers within the restaurant Substantial knowledge of refilling condiment containers. In-depth knowledge of serving customers' needs and understanding of serving food to customers. Basic understanding of e-mail and Microsoft Excel.
