In this lively role, you will deliver outstanding guest service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and creating memorable moments for our guests. Duties Greet guests warmly and seat them promptly, providing a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive Take accurate food and beverage orders using TOAST, ensuring clarity and efficiency Serve food and drinks with professionalism, including cocktail and spirits service, while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales, utilizing your knowledge of wine, spirits, and food pairings Process cash and card transactions accurately, including sales transaction processing and handling cash with integrity Assist in bussing tables as needed to support smooth restaurant operations Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations throughout your shift Foster positive guest relations by providing attentive service, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction Skills Strong knowledge of beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer to provide expert recommendations Proven ability in food industry roles with fine dining experience preferred; excellent customer service skills are essential Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, bill splitting, and sales calculations Exceptional communication skills to engage guests positively and work seamlessly with team members Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques We are a small family owned business looking for the right person to join our family! We also do a lot of events (birthday parties, rehearsal dinners, baby/bridal sowers) on top of our regular service.
