Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing excellent guest relations and ensuring a positive first impression Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, processing transactions efficiently and accurately Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Upsell menu items, including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist with food preparation when needed and support kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow Manage time effectively during busy periods to deliver prompt service without compromising quality or guest experience Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or casual settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while processing sales efficiently Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and basic math for order calculations and change handling Experience with OpenTable or other reservation management tools is a plus Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Passion for the food industry with a focus on hospitality excellence Join our team where your enthusiasm fuels memorable dining experiences!
