Waitress/Server

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that each guest has a memorable dining experience. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system. Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience. Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards. Assist with food preparation as needed to maintain service efficiency. Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in regularly and addressing any concerns or requests. Process payments accurately and efficiently at the end of the meal. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with a focus on helping guests feel welcome and valued. Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating bills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus. A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
