Our team of caring professionals work together to make our senior residents feel at home in our communities. We are looking to hire a Server to join our team. The server is responsible for providing an exceptional, five-star dining experience for our residents. You will need to have excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and be able to multi-task efficiently. Our servers build meaningful relationships with our residents, becoming a part of their lives and making a difference.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Ensuring guest satisfaction when taking food orders Delivering of beverages, as well as bussing and resetting tables Providing quick, efficient, pleasant delivery of food, while at the same time maintaining high quality standards of service Ensure all necessary health, food, and safety codes and regulations are performed at all times Ability to handle special requests and menu related questions with accuracy and promptness

Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills Passion, dedication and commitment for providing seniors an engaging, enlivening and captivating living environment Flexible, innovative, and demonstrates the ability to multi-task

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION

One-year experience in a high volume, full-service restaurant

Pay:

$15.00 - $16.00 per hour
