Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders and have clear communication with kitchen staff Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety, including proper food handling and sanitation practices Process cash and credit transactions accurately, including handling tips and processing sales transactions Assist with setting up tables, bussing dishes, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to ensure a tidy environment Demonstrate extensive knowledge of menu offerings and to educate guests and enhance their experience Skills Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and resolve issues promptly Ability to manage time effectively during busy service periods while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of beverage service including spirits, wine knowledge, cocktail preparation, and drink presentation Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Experience with upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring guest satisfaction Basic math skills for cash handling, processing payments accurately, and calculating bills or tips Join us if you're passionate about creating memorable dining experiences!
