The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our servers and ensuring that guests have an exceptional dining experience. This position requires physicality, stamina, strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, the ability to follow directions and self-direct, and the ability to work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff. Responsibilities Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately. Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests. Reset the dining room floor. Rolling silverware and restocking service areas. Running food or beverages, when asked of you. Provide excellent guest services by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly. Participate in banquet service as required, assisting with setup and breakdown of events. Uphold high standards of hospitality by maintaining a friendly demeanor with all guests. Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential. Experience with POS systems (Toast) is a plus. Background in culinary, hotel, or banquet service is advantageous. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment are required.
