In this energetic role, you will serve food and beverages with enthusiasm, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold the highest standards of food safety and sanitation. Your ability to manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude will be key to thriving in our fast-paced, fine dining environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality skills and grow within a lively country club setting. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Restaurant Manager, ensuring proper entry and timely delivery Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards and adhering to food safety guidelines Assist with food handling, sanitation, bussing tables, and resetting tables efficiently to maintain a clean dining area Manage members relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall guest happiness Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation or other duties as needed in a fast-paced environment Qualifications 2-3 years restaurant or country club experience, particularly in fine dining is highly preferred Strong knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage members positively and professionally Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a lively hospitality environment Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional member experiences through energetic service and culinary expertise!
