Overview Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of an exceptional dining experience! In this lively role, you will deliver outstanding guest service, ensure food and beverage orders are accurately taken and efficiently delivered, and create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system. Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations with precision Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Ensure food safety protocols are followed diligently, including proper food handling and sanitation practices Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely delivery of orders in a fast-paced environment Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, resolving issues swiftly, and fostering positive guest relations Support host/hostess duties when needed by managing reservations through OpenTable or similar systems Maintain knowledge of menu items, including culinary ingredients and dietary options for fine dining experiences Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences!
