Job Summary As a server, you will be responsible for providing excellent dining experiences by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their meal. Responsibilities and Duties Greet guests promptly and courteously. Present menus and explain daily specials or promotions. Take food and beverage orders accurately. Input orders into POS systems and communicate with kitchen staff. Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner Check in with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction. Clear tables, reset for the next guests, roll silverware, and maintain a clean dining area. Handle payments and process transactions efficiently. Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards. Address customer concerns or complaints with a positive attitude. Collaborate with team members and support other roles as needed.
Requirements:
Qualifications, Skills & Requirements Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic math and cash-handling skills. Professional appearance and demeanor. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Capable of lifting and carrying trays or items up to 25 lbs. Comfortable with bending, reaching, and performing repetitive tasks. Must be able to perform regular duties safely Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
