  • Rachel's of Bad Axe has been a family-owned community favorite for over 25 years. We're known for our friendly service, homestyle meals, and welcoming atmosphere. With 24 local employees, we take pride in being a great place to both work and dine.
  • Job Overview:
  • We're looking for friendly, dependable waitstaff to join our team. As a server, you'll be the face of Rachel's, providing excellent service to ensure guests have a great dining experience. No prior experience? We're happy to train motivated individuals who enjoy working with people.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Greet and seat guests with a positive attitude
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately
  • Deliver meals and drinks in a timely manner
  • Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction
  • Handle payments and operate POS system
  • Keep tables, dining area, and workstations clean and organized
  • Work with kitchen staff and teammates to ensure smooth service
  • Qualifications:
  • Friendly, professional attitude and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Dependable and team-oriented
  • Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus but not required
  • Must be 18+ to serve alcohol (if applicable)
