Tips are NOT shared. Credit Card Tips paid weekly in Check, Cash tips kept daily. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using Spot On POS system Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Manage cash handling, billing, and cashiering responsibilities with precision Assist with food preparation, food handling, and sanitation to ensure safety standards are met Support other team members by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and maintaining a clean dining area Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality Ability to manage time effectively in a busy setting while multitasking seamlessly Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience with culinary techniques or kitchen operations is a plus Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and interact with guests confidently Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional service in a lively atmosphere on the Waterside!
