Duties Greet guests warmly, present menus confidently, and provide detailed descriptions of menu items to enhance the dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales while maintaining genuine guest engagement Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring proper food handling, sanitation, and adherence to food safety standards Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately through cashiering procedures and open/close shifts with precision Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to support seamless operations Use reservation systems like OpenTable to manage bookings and optimize guest flow in both restaurant and nightclub environments Experience Proven restaurant or food service experience with a strong background in guest relations and customer service excellence Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus Previous fine dining or nightclub serving experience preferred; ability to adapt to fast-paced environments Knowledge of food industry standards including sanitation, food safety, and proper food handling procedures Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy service hours Demonstrated ability in upselling techniques and sales-driven mindset to enhance revenue opportunities Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, billing, and check splitting; excellent guest communication skills Embark on a rewarding journey where your passion for hospitality shines!
