Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The Server will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests. This role requires adaptability to a fast-paced environment and a passion for hospitality. Previous restaurant or customer service experience is highly preferred but not mandatory; a background in the food industry is recommended but not required. Knowledge of server safety protocols or allergens testing is a plus. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in during meals and addressing any concerns promptly Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and service stations Follow all safety procedures related to food handling, allergen testing, and sanitation standards Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations in a fast-paced setting Stay informed about menu items, specials, and ingredients to answer guest questions confidently Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Previous experience in restaurant or customer service roles is highly preferred but not required Knowledge of food safety practices, allergens testing, or related safety protocols is advantageous Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team Positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality skills within a lively restaurant setting.
