- Greet and escort customers to their tables
- Present menu answer questions when asked-portions,ingredients or potential food allergies
- Provide water, silverware, and shrimp chips to customers
- Provide excellent wait and customer service to ensure satisfaction
- take accurate food and drink orders, using order slips or by memorization and placing into POS system
- Communicate order details to kitchen staff
- Serve food and drink orders
- Deliver checks and collect bill payments
- Carry dirty plates, glasses and silverware to kitchen for cleaning
- Follow all relevant health department regulations
- Fold silverware and stock/refill items
- Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area
