This role requires strong communication skills, basic math proficiency, and experience with food service and POS systems. As a Server, you will be an essential part of creating a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth daily operations. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and take their food and beverage orders in a professional manner Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems, including handling cash and card payments Perform basic math calculations to ensure correct billing and change when processing cash transactions Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Assist in setting up tables, maintaining cleanliness of the dining area, and restocking supplies as needed Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure timely service Address guest inquiries or concerns professionally to enhance customer satisfaction Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environment Skills Previous food service experience preferred, with knowledge of POS systems Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Friendly, approachable attitude with a focus on customer service Attention to detail to ensure accurate order taking and billing Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays Join our team as a Server to deliver exceptional service while developing valuable hospitality skills in a dynamic setting.
