Job Description
El Arbol is a taqueria that is located in the heart of downtown Brighton, MI. It is family owned & operated. We are looking for an energetic, fun, experienced servers to add to our team.
- ALL major holidays we are closed!!!
- Flexible hours, not late bar hours!
- Must be available to work on Tuesdays and Sundays
- To succeed in this role: Must be at least 18 years or older to serve alcohol Experience working in sales/customer service and/or the foodservice/hospitality industry preferred Can work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change quickly Has good problem-solving skills Has a reputation for giving great service to guests and co-workers Can handle multiple tasks at one time Excels at giving and receiving constructive feedback Effectively communicates with team members for the betterment of the team/restaurant Communicates professionally and enthusiastically in person and on the phone
