Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant restaurant team. As a Server, you will be the friendly face that creates memorable dining experiences for our guests. Your role is vital in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring food and beverage orders are accurately taken and efficiently delivered, and maintaining a lively, welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive and personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction Handle cash transactions accurately through POS or cashiering systems, including cash handling and basic math calculations Maintain sanitation standards by adhering to food safety regulations, proper food handling procedures, and sanitation protocols Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations Use reservation systems like OpenTable to manage bookings efficiently in a fine dining or nightclub setting Support guest services by providing information about menu items, wine pairings, or event details as required Experience Previous restaurant experience is preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub environments Proven customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Experience with food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations is essential Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Serving or host/hostess experience is a plus for creating welcoming atmospheres Knowledge of upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while enhancing guest satisfaction Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy Culinary or kitchen experience can be beneficial but is not mandatory; enthusiasm for food industry trends is valued Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences in a lively setting!
