We are looking to hire a Server to join our team. The server is responsible for providing an exceptional, five-star dining experience for our residents. You will need to have excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and be able to multi-task efficiently. Our servers build meaningful relationships with our residents, becoming a part of their lives and making a difference.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Ensuring guest satisfaction when taking food orders Delivering of beverages, as well as bussing and resetting tables Providing quick, efficient, pleasant delivery of food, while at the same time maintaining high quality standards of service Ensure all necessary health, food, and safety codes and regulations are performed at all times Ability to handle special requests and menu related questions with accuracy and promptness

PERSONAL QUALITIES

Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills Passion, dedication and commitment for providing seniors an engaging, enlivening and captivating living environment Flexible, innovative, and demonstrates the ability to multi-task

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION

One-year experience in a high volume, full-service restaurant

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

This position is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping and crouching. The position may require occasional lifting of products weighing up to 20 pounds.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This position operates in a dining room setting. The noise level in the work environment can be loud. The employee may be exposed to hazards including, but are not limited to, cuts, slipping, tripping, falls and burns. Frequent hand washing is required.
