Overview Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of an exceptional dining experience! In this lively role, you will deliver outstanding customer service, create memorable moments for guests, and ensure smooth restaurant operations. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, provide menus, and assist with questions about food and drink options. Take accurate orders, ensuring timely delivery. Serve food and beverages efficiently, including cocktails, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic drinks, maintaining high standards of presentation. Process sales transactions accurately while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods. Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bussing tables and resetting stations. Support food safety protocols during food handling and preparation to ensure guest health and satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely food delivery and resolve any service issues promptly. Assist with opening or closing duties as needed, including cash handling and POS reconciliation. Foster guest relations by providing attentive service, addressing concerns proactively, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Pay:
