Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable, and relay them to the kitchen promptly Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction Assist with food handling, food preparation support, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Process payments accurately through cash handling and cashiering procedures while adhering to proper math calculations Qualifications Prior restaurant or food service experience, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Culinary experience or kitchen background is a plus for supporting food preparation tasks Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities Previous host/hostess or serving experience is desirable but not required; a positive attitude is essential Join us to deliver outstanding service in a vibrant environment where your energy makes a difference!
