Be at least 18 years old, 21 for drink and 2. Be a graduate of the ServSafe Alcohol and ServSafe FoodHandler training program with an active certificate. If needed, the company will reimburse you for the online class when passed and pay you for the three hours needed to complete the course. 3. The Clubhouse Coordinator will complete both front of house (FOH) and back of house (BOH) duties on any given shift, including but not limited to: FOH o Welcome guests and check them in for simulators o Process payments and open tabs for guests at assigned simulators or tables o Manage cash transactions and secure cash registers o Assist guests with simulator use as needed o Check IDs for over 21 or under 21 stamps - all guests appearing under 35 are ID verified o Ensure the FOH is kept clean and tidy for service o

At Opening:

Ensure all simulators are turned on, furniture is clean, and supplies are stocked o

At Opening:

Ensure the bathrooms are stocked, cleaned, and ready for the day o

At Closing:

Service floors at closing by dust mopping and machine cleaning o

At Closing:

Ensure all trash is disposed, and trash liners are set for the next day BOH o

At Opening:

Prepare kitchen and bar for service o Monitor the bathrooms for cleanliness and stock needs o Sell drinks and food items as ordered o Restock disposable goods as needed and keep the buffet area clean and safe o

Wash and sanitize all dishes o

Prepare frozen items for thawing in the fridge for the next day o

Clean the bathrooms and kitchen, including wiping and sanitizing all surfaces, sweeping and mopping the floor, and ensuring all stainless steel is wiped clean The Clubhouse Coordinator will report to the Clubhouse Supervisor and the Clubhouse Manager. The Clubhouse Coordinator position is paid $14.00 per hour. This position is eligible to participate in the company's 401(k) with a 1% match from day one. This position is eligible for company-sponsored healthcare, vision, and dental insurance with 60% of the premium paid for full-time employees and 30% paid for part-time employees. This position can earn paid time off per the company handbook policy. Uniform shirts are provided, and it is mandatory to be worn while working, and are laundered by the company. Employees receive free food items for breaks and unlimited Coca-Cola fountain drinks while working. Any tips received are split by workers on each shift. Credit card tips are paid out in paychecks. Workers can make significant money via tips to split during weekends and busy nights with parties.
