Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards and proper food handling procedures Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently while handling cash accurately and balancing registers at shift end Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests Assist with opening or closing duties such as setting up stations, restocking supplies, and ensuring the dining area is inviting Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable enhances efficiency in processing transactions Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service enhances guest interactions Experience in fine dining or nightclub environments demonstrates ability to thrive in fast-paced settings Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Demonstrated customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and creating positive experiences Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional service in a vibrant environment!
