As an on-call team member, you will support a variety of events, ensuring each guest receives attentive, professional service that elevates their occasion. Your positive attitude and attention to detail will be key to success in this lively hospitality setting. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements, menu selections, and special requests Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and presentation that meets high standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas, including clearing tables and bussing dishes promptly Support catering and event setups by assisting with food handling, food preparation, and table arrangements Respond to guest inquiries courteously, providing information about menu items, event details, or venue amenities Adhere to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures at all times Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of events from start to finish Qualifications Previous experience in the food industry, catering, or banquet service is highly preferred Strong background in hospitality, guest services, or restaurant experience demonstrating excellent customer relations skills Knowledge of food handling safety regulations and proper serving techniques Ability to work flexible hours on an on-call basis, including evenings and weekends Excellent communication skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Experience with food preparation or coffee service is a plus but not required Prior hotel or event venue experience will be considered an asset Join us in creating unforgettable moments for our guests!
