Handle cash transactions responsibly, process payments accurately, and give correct change while maintaining excellent guest relations. Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service in fast-paced settings like fine dining establishments or nightclubs. Requirements Proven experience in food service or beverage industry roles such as bartender, cocktail server, or restaurant server. Extensive cocktail experience. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and strong guest relations abilities. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining professionalism under pressure. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures. Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts; multitasking ability essential.
