• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently
• Provide guests with menus and assist with any inquiries
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Collaborate with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth service flow
• Handle phone calls with proper etiquette and assist callers as needed Qualifications
• Positive Attitude, Enthusiastic, and Ambitious under pressure
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
• Willingness to help others and experienced team player
• Familiarity with Toast POS is a plus
• Prior experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or cafe setting is preferred
• Willingness to hustle
