Position Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced servers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for food and hospitality, a strong work ethic, and the ability to provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests with a warm and friendly demeanor. Present menus, provide detailed information about dishes, and make recommendations based on guest preferences. Take accurate orders and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages. Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and quality control. Process payments accurately and efficiently. Uphold cleanliness and organization in the dining area and service stations.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a server in a restaurant setting preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine is a plus but not required. Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. A positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
