• Greet and welcome guests promptly and courteously.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS system.
• Provide detailed menu information and recommendations to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables.
• Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Assist with food preparation as needed, maintaining high standards of culinary presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables efficiently.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely order fulfillment.
• Uphold health and safety regulations while serving food and beverages. Requirements
• Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is required
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods.
• Excellent guest relations skills, demonstrating professionalism and courtesy at all times.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of culinary practices and food preparation techniques is advantageous.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks associated with serving duties.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
