Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a vibrant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences by delivering high-quality service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Your ability to engage with guests and provide assistance will be key to creating memorable dining experiences. Duties Greet and welcome guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly atmosphere. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing the cash register as needed. Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner while adhering to food safety standards. Assist guests with menu selections and provide recommendations based on their preferences. Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring accurate cash handling practices. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely order delivery. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly, demonstrating excellent guest relations skills. Support food preparation efforts as needed, ensuring adherence to food handling guidelines. Experience Previous experience in a server or hospitality role is required Strong communication skills with an emphasis on guest relations and customer service excellence. Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling procedures is beneficial. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated to assist guests effectively.
