Responsibilities Clear and reset tables efficiently to ensure a smooth dining experience for guests Deliver food orders from the kitchen to tables, buffet promptly and accurately, ensuring presentation standards are met Assist with dishwashing and cleaning duties, including washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment following food safety protocols Support the kitchen staff with basic food handling and preparation tasks as needed Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping, wiping down surfaces, and trash removal in accordance with health standards Handle manual lifting of trays, dishes, and supplies using safe lifting practices to prevent injury Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and guest needs Support guest services by providing friendly in-person assistance and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential Knowledge of food handling safety standards and proper sanitation procedures Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while adhering to safe lifting practices Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided Familiarity with kitchen operations, food running, serving, and hospitality principles is advantageous Ability to stand for extended periods, perform manual tasks efficiently, and work in a fast-paced environment Join us in delivering exceptional guest experiences through teamwork, energy, and dedication!
