Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and attentive Server to join our vibrant food service team. As a Server, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional guest experiences through friendly service, expert knowledge of our menu, and efficient order management. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create memorable dining moments for our guests, whether in a lively restaurant, upscale fine dining setting, or bustling nightclub environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality skills while working in a dynamic and fast-paced atmosphere. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with a friendly, professional demeanor Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely communication with kitchen staff Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive dining experience Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Maintain sanitation standards by adhering to food safety protocols, proper food handling, and sanitation practices Assist with bussing tables, resetting stations, and supporting kitchen staff when needed Utilize reservation management tools like OpenTable to coordinate seating arrangements efficiently Demonstrate strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts Qualifications Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest satisfaction and sales revenue Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards in the food industry Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and managing bills efficiently Previous experience in serving, bussing, host/hostess roles or food preparation is highly desirable Culinary experience or kitchen background is advantageous but not required Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment Join us as a Server and become part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality.
