Job Description
Server - Job Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests
- Take food and beverage orders
- Enter orders accurately into POS system
- Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner
- Provide attentive customer service throughout the meal
- Process guest payments and handle cash/card transactions
- Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas
- Complete opening, closing, and side work duties
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and team members
- Follow food safety and company policies
- Assist with stocking and general restaurant upkeep
