Full Job Description Server Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Your friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will contribute to the overall success of our restaurant.

Server Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve food and beverages to guests with professionalism and attention to detail
• Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions or concerns
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in regularly and addressing any issues promptly
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations
• Assist with bussing tables and resetting for the next guest
• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
• Adhere to food safety guidelines and maintain a clean and sanitary work environment

Service Experience:

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to handle cash transactions with accuracy
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
