Grand Rapids, MI Job Details Part-time | Full-time $15 - $30 an hour 22 hours ago Qualifications Active listening Guest relations Bussing Organizational skills Full Job Description B.O.B.'s Brewery is a high volume, fun atmosphere that is located on the first floor of The B.O.B. in downtown Grand Rapids. Candidates need to be attentive, motivated, and reliable with strong hospitality attributes who enjoys being a part of a team. Interested candidates must be 18 years or older. Responsibilities Preps section and readies for service
- Guides each guest through the menu, offering suggestions that cater to the guests needs or that feature what we do best
- Be mindful and ensure that each order sent to the kitchen takes into account any dietary or allergy restrictions
- Perform table maintenance by clearing courses as necessary; replacing utensils; ensuring water glasses stay full; being present and aware in order to assist with any spills or special requests
- Participate in running side work throughout the shift, running food or drinks, assisting in pre-bussing tables, helping teammates
- Creating a memorable, enjoyable experience for the guestsQualifications Hard worker, self-motivated
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Able to multitask efficiently
- Strong organizational skills
- Must be able to stand on feet for several hours, must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- At least 1 year experience as a Server, Waitress, or Waiter.
