Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Accurately take food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations with precision Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed Use reservation management tools like OpenTable to optimize seating flow and guest experience Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring guest comfort Support team members in maintaining a smooth operation during busy nights or events such as nightlife or nightclub settings Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably in fine dining or nightlife venues Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable reservation platform Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and warmly Culinary experience or background in food handling, sanitation, and food safety practices Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining genuine guest interactions Previous host/hostess or serving experience is highly desirable Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and order calculations Knowledge of food industry standards related to sanitation, food preparation, and guest relations Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm fuels memorable dining experiences!
