Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Take food and drink orders from customers
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner
- Ensure accuracy of orders and address any customer concerns or special requests
- Provide excellent customer service and create a positive dining experience
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Assist with food preparation and basic kitchen tasks as needed
- Clear and clean tables, reset dining areas, and assist with bussing duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area and server stations
- Build rapport with guests and establish good guest relations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
