is a private Association on Burt Lake of summer homes. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our Members. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer service and hospitality, ensuring that all patrons feel welcomed and well cared for. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining environment. Duties Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and drink orders while providing menu recommendations. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets company standards. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and sanitizing surfaces. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Adhere to food safety standards and regulations throughout service. Respond to guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and promptness. Requirements Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred not required. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential. Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members efficiently. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
